Toluwanimi Akaehomen MBA MCIPD, MIITD, MInstLM

Toluwanimi Akaehomen is the Chief Executive Director of Roegate College. She is a compelling, inspirational speaker, a visionary, serial entrepreneur and Management Consultant. She also sits as the Chief Executive Director and Lead Consultant at Vantage Dymensions, a Leadership and People Development organisation, which works with women, their allies and the groups and organisations in which these women are situated, to build, develop and implement high performance skills, behaviours and strategies which engender transformation, positively affect the bottom-line and ensures enhanced competitiveness.

Toluwani obtained her MBA with distinction from University of Wales Trinity Saint David, a Postgraduate Certificate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise from University College Dublin (UCD), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (HRM specialisation), also from UCD. She also obtained a certificate in Employment Law from Carlow Institute of Technology and a diploma in Training and Continuous Education from Maynooth University. From 1989 to 1992, she attended Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola University of Science and Technology), where she obtained an HND in Mass Communication. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Lancaster University, UK, and is a wife and mother.

Toluwani is a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), The Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD). She has multisector industry experience in the Media, Marine Insurance, the Civil Service, Banking and Education.

Toluwani articulates her life’s purpose to be, “to inspire and support others towards purpose-driven, values-centred living and leadership for accelerated holistic advancement and global transformation”.





Prof. Adesoji Adesugba DBA, FCIArb.

Professor (Dr.) Adesoji Adesugba serves on the advisory board of Roegate College. He is also Professor of Business Management, with oversight over the Business Management and Marketing Programmes. He also lectures at Baden International Business School, Baden, Switzerland.

Prof. Adesugba is an accomplished expert in organisational development and institutional reforms. He has combined the best in private sector entrepreneurial acumen with an expert ability to navigate public sector practice. Adesugba is currently the Provost at the Business Entrepreneurship Skills and Technology (BEST) Centre, and Vice President at the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI).

Adesugba obtained his doctorate in Business Administration with distinction from the California Southern University in the USA. He has a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, M.Sc. degree in Investment Promotion and Economic Development from the Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland, UK, and his MBA from the Ogun State University in Nigeria. He also studied law and obtained his LL.B. from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989.

Dr. Adesugba has a certificate in Road Transport Traffic Injury Prevention and Control from the Johns Hopkins Injury Prevention Research Unit, and a certificate in Chinese Economic Development from the Normal University, Beijing China.  Adesugba has a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a certificate from the Columbia Law School in New York. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria.

In addition to several years in both the public and private sectors, he serves on the boards of various non-profit organisations dedicated to youth empowerment, economic development, gender, and policy issues.





David Oluleye is a Business Manager with over 20 years of diverse working experience in the Education, Engineering and Corporate Banking Industries. He is passionate about leading teams to produce quality outcomes and have a track record of building highly engaged teams by developing a culture of learning, raising people’s confidence and using open active leadership styles. He also develops strategic business models for organisations.












Adedayo Adesugba is an experienced Hotelier and Restaurateur, who has been in the industry for over 40 years. He is a 1982 graduate of Kwara State College of Technology, Ilorin where he graduated with an H.N.D. in Catering and Hotel Management. He also obtained an MBA from the Delta International University, Louisiana, USA, in 2009.

He has consulted for many hospitality establishments, including Le Meridien Eko Hotel & Suites, and he is a seasoned hotel audit specialist/inspector., having worked with BDRC Continental, UK, a well-known hotel audit and research firm and other firms.

Asedayo is a Fellow of the British professional body, Institute of Hospitality (IH) and the Chairman of the Nigeria International Branch, a Fellow of the Institute of Tourism Professionals (ITP) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Hotel & Catering Institute, (NHCI). He is the CEO of Nexus318 Hospitality Management & Investment Co. Ltd.











Ed Byrne is currently Group Managing Director of Galco Group with 5 galvanizing plants spread across the island of Ireland. He is also the Chairman of Galvanizers Association – UK & Irl Trade Association and a Board member of EGGA – European General Galvanizers Association.

Ed has 20 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Management and Strategic Planning before assuming the role of MD.












Omotayo Ogunleye is a Communication Content Developer and Analyst. She also worked extensively to support the development and implementation of effective communication strategies for organisations in various sectors. She also has extensive experience in teaching and in ghostwriting. She has also worked in customer service and telemarketing.

Omotayo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from Lagos State University and a Master of Arts in English from University of Ibadan. In the last five years, she has been honing her knowledge in the application of Gricean Maxims and the Politeness Principle in discourse and one-to-one communication. An avid researcher, her research interests lie in Pragmatics, Sociolinguistics and Semantics, with a focus on how meaning is established and negotiated in different contexts of language use. She research paper on BRIDGING THE COMMUNICATION GAP IN MALE-FEMALE INTERACTIONS OF THE WORKPLACE: A SOCIOLINGUISTIC AVENUE INTO BEHAVIOURAL MANAGEMENT THEORY was accepted by the Irish Academy of Management for presentation in the 2015 conference.

Her interests extend to community transformation, where she uses her skills and expertise through her Treasureland Literacy Club, to help underprivileged children between the ages of 4 and 12 develop their literacy skills.







Olukayode Akomolafe graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ibadan in 1994 and was called to the bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1995. Thereafter, as an Associate in the prestigious firms of G.O.K. Ajayi & Co. and later Aluko & Oyebode both in Lagos, Nigeria he engaged in rich litigation practice in all the superior courts of record i.e. Federal and State High Courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court; the practice of commercial law, preparation of contracts, sundry agreements as well as rendering of legal advice and opinions on diverse areas of law.

He set up The Law Firm of Olukayode Akomolafe in 2002, offering a potpourri of high-end professional legal services spanning litigation, commercial law, criminal law, family and probate law, real estate and property law, information technology law, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Business Advisory services and Company Secretarial Services. The firm also advises corporate clients in the area of contract negotiation, document preparation and implementation. Kayode is skilled in the regulatory capitalization process and has also represented clients in the real estate industry.

Kayode, a multidimensional personality, who has developed several skills and deployed them entrepreneurially and for the benefit of the society, is a trained public speaker. He has compered both social and corporate events since 1993. He is a motivational speaker with a strong bias for youth development and capacity building as well as national development through civic re-orientation. He is also a conference speaker, who has spoken at different fora on leadership, personal development and nation building. He is also a social commentator who has appeared on different television and radio programmes since 2003.

As a gifted photographer, he merged the arts of public speaking and photography together under the Lifeline Media Company, a firm which has trained photopreneurs and continues to provide gainful employment to young people as it delivers cutting edge and top-notch media services and products to its countless clients.

Kayode is an invaluable member of Roegate College teaching faculty, with a focus on supporting and teaching on entrepreneurship, business development, Business law and personal development.

Kayode currently lives in Canada with his family.
